The process explained
Understand your role
The entire process is started by the seller of the product. The Seller opens up a job card once the deal is made. Upon creating the job card, every role player is selected and linked. This means that notifications will be sent to all participating parties regarding bookings, weights of loads etc. Transporters or even the Seller of the product is responsible for the booking of the trucks. Once booked the which Loading and Offloading points will receive the bookings as well as the Buyers and Sellers . Upon loading and unloading the trucks the locations will update the weight measurements and grading (if applicable). After this load acceptance and invoicing can take place. The entire process is transparent and live, meaning information in time and relevant to all the role players.
